Welcome to The Little Garden Music Co. By booking a class, term block, or birthday party with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: All individual class fees, block bookings, or party deposits must be paid in full at the time of booking via our online booking platform.
Confirmation: Your place in a class is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received an automated confirmation email.

Single Class Bookings:
- By You: If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. Because places are strictly limited per class, single session tickets are non-refundable. Where possible and with at least 24 hours' notice, we may offer to transfer your booking to an alternative session (subject to space availability).
- By Us: If a class is cancelled due to leader illness, severe weather, or unforeseen venue issues, you will be offered either a full refund for that session or a transfer/credit to a future class.
Multi-Class / Block Bookings:
- Block bookings are sold as a consecutive group of classes. Refunds or make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed for individual weeks missed due to personal sickness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts.
Birthday Parties:
- Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

To keep our little community healthy, happy, and safe:

Please do not attend class if you or your child are unwell, running a fever, or experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (such as chickenpox, sickness bugs, or respiratory infections).
We kindly ask that you wait at least 48 hours after symptoms have passed (particularly for sickness/vomiting bugs) before returning to classes.

Parent/Carer Responsibility: Children remain the full responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian, or carer at all times during the session.
Active Participation: Our classes (Wee Pips, Sprouts, and Bloom & Beat) are designed as interactive experiences for adults and little ones together. Please supervise your child closely during prop and instrument play to ensure safe use.

Venue Courtesy: Please respect the rules of our venues (including Active Kids and The Birks Cinema) regarding footwear, pram parking, and food/drink in the session rooms.
Personal Belongings: The Little Garden Music Co. cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings brought to classes or venues.

Our Policy: We do not take photographs or videos during standard public classes for promotional use without prior explicit written agreement.
Parent Photography: Parents and carers are welcome to capture special memories of their own children during class, but we ask that you respect the privacy of other families and avoid filming or photographing other children without their parents' permission.
